Return Policy

Return Period: Customers can request a return within 3 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all its accessories and original packaging.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs through SMSA for returns, unless the fault is on our part, in which case we will cover the costs.

Return Procedures: The customer must send an email or a WhatsApp message to customer service within the specified return period, including the invoice number and the reason for the return. The request will be reviewed, and then it will be either approved or rejected with a clear explanation provided to the customer.

Refunds: If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the payment, with a deduction of payment gateway fees (SAR + 1% of the amount), unless the fault is on our part, in which case we will cover the costs.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Period: Customers can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Exchange Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all its accessories and original packaging.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs through SMSA for exchanges, unless the fault is on our part, in which case we will cover the costs.

Exchange Procedures: The customer must send an email or a WhatsApp message to customer service within the specified exchange period, including the invoice number and the reason for the exchange. Additional Notes

Discount Coupons and Vouchers: These will be refunded as store credit, not in cash or bank transfer.

Group or Bulk Purchases: If the product was part of a group or bulk offer, the entire set must be returned.
